PRESS RELEASE – German DataTech start-up kantwert, is changing its company name to Palturai effective immediately. “Following the opening of our first US sales organization in February, this is a further milestone in our globalization,” says CEO Tilo Walter.
“The internationalization of our data is also progressing rapidly. And, with Palturai BusinessGraph, we are getting closer and closer to our vision of a transparent, worldwide network of relationships between companies and decision makers.”
Creating trust and transparency
Palturai BusinessGraph links publicly available economic data with the business partner information of customers and provides a unique view of business relationships. Complex shareholder structures, ownership structures, and management hierarchies, as well as personal contacts, are presented in an easy-to-understand visual graphic format with the click of a mouse. The data is seamlessly imported into customers’ processes and applications, where it provides detailed and actionable insights. The tool is applicable across numerous use cases with directly measurable success in sales & marketing, compliance, risk & fraud, research, and data management. Palturai BusinessGraph integrates with SAP systems, and collaboration with SalesForce has been initiated. Palturai BusinessGraph enriches trust and transparency in business relationships. It enables companies to recognize the value of their network and to expand that value through better-informed decisions and actions. The name Palturai was inspired by the Hungarian mathematician Pál Turán, a co-founder of graph theory.
New members of management board
In addition to taking on a new global company name, Palturai’s management team realigned for international expansion in the first quarter. At the beginning of the year, CEO Tilo Walter welcomed Chief Sales Officer Michael Dittmar as a new addition to the team. Dittmar was most recently Sales Director EMEA at Cleverbridge and can look back on numerous other top international positions at major technology companies. In March, the management team was joined by Thorsten Lau, who is now responsible for the Data & Consulting division. Lau was most recently Head of Analytics & Controlling at Regis24 and brings international experience to his new position. Dittmar and Lau are now part of the management of Palturai together with CPO Petra Kaul, CTO Hans-Dieter-Greb, the head of the US company Bernhard Ritz and CEO Tilo Walter. The headquarters will remain in Hofheim am Taunus and currently supervise all sales activities in the DACH region. Further locations already exist in Poland and the USA.
