Next Best Customer: How it works
There is no magic trick behind the Next Best Customer, but a clever algorithm. This is how it works: After you have created your Salesforce accounts & Contacts with the BusinessGraph and tag your customers accordingly, can Palturai analyze the typical attributes of your customer base. At the same time you get access to the feature Shortest Path, das searches your contact network and determines the fastest way for you to contact any other company or decision-maker.

Prerequisite: Link 300 Salesforce accounts with Palturai
Like any statistical survey, the statistical analysis of the BusinessGraph requires a sufficiently large database to deliver reliable results. This is why you can only view the list of your Next Best Customers once your company has linked at least 300 Salesforce contacts with Palturai.
Using the Next Best Customer
In the Palturai app, a counter shows you how many accounts still need to be linked before the feature is available.
When the counter reaches 0, you can click on the Create Next Best Customer List button. You will then receive a notification by email and in the app that the list will be created shortly. This happens automatically.
Once Palturai has created the list and imported it into your Salesforce, you can take a closer look at the relationship network of the listed target customers and the shortest-path information using the View button and use the Create button to conveniently save them as new records in your Accounts & Contacts.
Even if you use the network view of Palturai to get to know the relationship networks of companies, you can create the companies as contacts directly from the displayed graph. To do this, simply right-click on the company you are interested in and select Add to Salesforce.
