USAGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR

The Palturai system is designed as a support tool. In the public sector, especially in official investigations, the results must not be used as the sole basis for decision-making. Human review and evaluation is always required.

DATA QUALITY AND INTEGRITY

We use state-of-the-art technologies and processes to ensure the highest data quality. This includes automated consistency checks, regular manual spot checks and a multi-stage quality assurance process. In the event of discrepancies, we make corrections immediately.

TRANSPARENCY AND EXPLAINABILITY

Our system is based on comprehensible algorithms. We offer detailed documentation on how it works and the data sources used. On request, we provide additional information to ensure transparency for public institutions.

HUMAN SUPERVISION

The Palturai system is designed as a support tool. All results and visualizations require human interpretation and evaluation. We recommend the implementation of a four-eyes principle when using our system in the public sector.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE AI ACT

Our system has been developed with the requirements of the AI Act in mind. We carry out regular reviews to ensure that we always comply with current legal requirements, particularly in relation to high-risk AI systems.

FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IMPACT ASSESSMENT

For use in the public sector, we have carried out a comprehensive fundamental rights impact assessment in accordance with Art. 27 AI Act. This is updated regularly to identify and minimize potential impacts on fundamental rights.
